The Basics of Landlording

Welcome to the Introduction to Landlording course for new landlords. This short five lesson course will simply walk through some of the basics of being a landlord.

We’ll talk about understanding cash flow, having a plan, what to look for when buying a rental property, some valuable lessons I learned from my first eviction and a couple of interviews with landlords I’ve helped get on track.

If you’re just starting out, are currently struggling as a landlord or are just eager to learn I’m sure you’ll find quite a few nuggets of wisdom that you can start applying to your on current or upcoming landlord business. I do have to caution you though, this is just a broad overview, there is far more to it than these little lessons, but it is a start!
